We have a vision to make training in Staying Well, Supporting Colleagues and Post Trauma Support (Psychological 1st Aid) mainstream. So that from recruitment to retirement, promotion to specialist role, you have the information and skills you need to look after yourself and your colleagues.
We have recruited a team of Lifelines Training Advisors who are working with ambulance, fire and police services to plan the roll out of our workshops, and we're consulting with volunteer responder organisations to review their training needs. We're doing all of this in discussion with NHS partners so you have access to an integrated training plan for wellbeing, peer support, suicide prevention and post trauma support.
The Lifelines Scotland project supports the health and wellbeing of all emergency responders.
